Please take a moment to understand how our garments are made. all our garments are stitched by skilled tailors and karigars , resulting in each piece being unique. majority products are handmade ; hence the irregularities which may occur (rarely) are characteristic of the process and not defect.
We make sure that we show what we sell hence our images (for garment colours) are not heavily edited however colours sometimes differ from screeen to screen.
At SOUL, we do not offer refund/exchange/return for change of mind. we also dont offer return/refund/exchange for customised garment.
An exchange or return will only be issued if the garment is faulty or has been sent a wrong product from our end. (we would require a garment unboxing video within 2 days of delivery).

We provide an exchange within 2 days after recieving the garment for any matters which include damage/wrong product.
Kindly report us within the concerned time on our mail with proper proofs. we would require a garment unboxing video. we would not be able to exchange if we dont receive a clear unboxing video within 2 days of delivery. After the analyzation a return delivery can be intiated.
Make sure to send the garment in the exact same packaging.
An exchange of the garment will be done within 8-10 working days once we recieve the faulty/damage garment back. if the same garment is not available, you can purchase something else from the website of same or higher cost.
